  Since 2016, our company has invested a lot of manpower and material resources in the improvement of the wire production process. After more than two years of process exploration and practice, we have solved numerous technological difficulties such as the preparation of large unit weight steel wire rods, the distribution of the gate deformation, and the matching between the annealing temperature and the annealing speed, the configuration of lubricating coatings and the surface treatment of wires, etc. In early 2018, the transition of process research and development to a mature and stable status was achieved, and batch production of various specifications was also realized successfully. Besides, we also provided the market with hundreds of tons of finished products, creating significant economic benefits. Compared with the traditional eye die drawing process, the traditional alkaline pickling process is abandoned, so it is more environmentally friendly, more energy-saving, and more efficient, with material loss rate greatly reduced, and product quality guaranteed. It has made a breakthrough progress in the production technology for titanium alloy wires, and is the first enterprise of the industry which adopts the roller drawing process to achieve batch and stable production, which has established our company's leading position in the production field of titanium alloy wires. At present, the unit weight of titanium steel wire rods produced by our company can reach: 150~200kg/rod.

  At present, the company has basically mastered the blank production of titanium large unit weight wires, high-speed multi-die drawing, continuous annealing technology under inert gas protection, dimensional tolerance control, surface treatment and surface quality detection technology. Compared with traditional eye die drawing process, in the roller die drawing process, the wire is better stressed, which is good for further crushing grains, maximizing the refinement of the grains, completely eliminating the occurrence of hollow phenomenon, ensuring stable and reliable quality during high-speed drawing, in this way, a sound metallographic structure is achieved by the product. It is indicated by test report that the deviation in mechanical properties of the same batch of products is about 5%, which basically meets the stability and consistency in the quality and performance of high-performance large unit weight wires.
